1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Interview Master, LLC ("Interview Master," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, at interviewmaster.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Interview Master provides an online platform for SQL interview practice, including interactive SQL exercises, AI-powered chat assistance, case study simulations, and educational content. The Service is available in free and paid tiers.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect current billing periods.
Free-tier usage is subject to daily limits on queries and AI chat messages.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without permission
Share your account credentials with others or create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits
Use the AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or abusive content
Redistribute, resell, or republish our content, questions, or educational materials without written permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to SQL questions, educational materials, UI design, logos, and code, is owned by Interview Master, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your SQL queries and chat messages remain yours. By submitting them to the Service, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., evaluating answers, powering AI features).

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI models (from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) to provide chat assistance and evaluate SQL answers. AI-generated responses are provided for educational purposes and may not always be accurate. You should verify AI-generated information before relying on it in professional contexts.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTERVIEW MASTER, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Interview Master, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
